Partner agreement
Version 2026-11-03. Narvy partner programme.
Between LIMITLESS KNOWLEDGE, a French simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of 500 euros, registered office at 10 Place de Wicklow, 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 994 833 143, owner of the Narvy brand ("Narvy"),
and the company named in the application form ("the Partner"), represented by the person who submits the form. That person declares that they are authorised to commit the Partner. An independent expert who applies in their own name is the Partner.
1. Formation
The Partner accepts this agreement by ticking the box on the application form. The agreement takes effect when Narvy approves the application by e-mail. Narvy selects partners freely and does not have to give reasons. The programme has 20 seats.
2. Full access
Narvy gives the Partner full access to the Narvy platform: every feature of the highest published plan (Enterprise, as described on the pricing page), on the account that uses the e-mail address given in the application, or on the organization this account belongs to.
Access lasts one month (30 days) from the day it starts. Narvy may extend it, by e-mail, as many times as it chooses. Narvy sends an e-mail 7 days before the end date.
3. Price
Access is free of charge. No payment method is requested and nothing is billed during or after the period.
4. Partner commitments
a) Use the product for real during the period: at least 3 scans of its own applications, websites, code, cloud accounts or servers.
b) Give feedback: take part in 2 feedback calls of about 30 minutes, at dates agreed together, and answer short written questions about the product.
c) Scan only what it is allowed to test: assets the Partner owns or has written authorisation to test. The Narvy Terms of Service apply, including their rules on authorisation to test. The Partner alone answers for the scans it launches.
d) Keep the access for its own team and not resell or share it outside its organization.
5. Reference
a) Narvy may cite the Partner's name as a reference (lists of partners and customers, website, sales material), during the period and after it.
b) Showing the Partner's logo or a quote requires the Partner's prior written approval (an e-mail is enough), for each logo use and each quote. Narvy writes nothing in the Partner's name that the Partner has not approved.
c) The Partner may withdraw the reference at any time, including after the period, by e-mail to hello@narvy.io. Narvy then removes the name, logo and quote from its website within 30 days and stops using them in new material.
6. Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the non-public information it receives from the other (including scan results, findings, product roadmaps and the content of the feedback calls) and uses it only for this partnership. This obligation lasts until 2 years after the end of the agreement. It does not cover information that is public, that the receiving party already knew or developed independently, or that the law or a court requires it to disclose.
Narvy may use the Partner's feedback freely to improve its products, without naming the Partner beyond section 5.
7. Personal data
Narvy processes the Partner's data under the Narvy Data Processing Agreement (narvy.io/dpa) and privacy policy (narvy.io/privacy), which apply as for any customer. The information given in the application form is used only to process the application and run the partnership.
8. End of access and data
a) At the end date, the account or organization returns automatically to the plan it had before (Community by default). Nothing is billed.
b) The Partner's data (projects, scans, reports) stays in the account. Features beyond the plan it returns to are no longer available, and retention then follows the rules of that plan, as described in the privacy policy. The Partner can export its reports before the end date, and can delete its data or close its account at any time. On written request, Narvy deletes the Partner's data within 30 days, except data the law requires it to keep.
9. Early end
Either party may end this agreement at any time by e-mail. Narvy may end it with immediate effect if the Partner breaches section 4 c) or the Terms of Service. Access then ends and section 8 applies. Sections 4 c), 5 c), 6, 8 b) and 10 survive the end of the agreement.
10. No warranty and liability
The platform is provided free of charge and as is during the period, without any service level. Narvy's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Other terms
The Terms of Service apply to the use of the platform. If they conflict with this agreement, this agreement prevails for the partner programme. Narvy may update this standard agreement for future partners; the version the Partner accepted keeps applying to it.
12. Law and courts
This agreement is governed by French law. The parties first try to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Versailles Court of Appeal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that protect consumers.
13. Language
This agreement exists in French and in English. If they differ, the French version prevails.
